Hola! I am Ada Sin.
I am a Service Designer and Design Thinker who are current working at Sunlife Hong Kong. Â I enjoy working with people to bridge understanding, build connections and engage stakeholders in what it takes to create value- added for customers, products, services and businesses.
My holistic approach ranges from systems-level interventions to data-driven experiences that resonate on both a behavioural and human level. In the past, I had worked with people from banking and financial, insurance, airline industries on different research projects and Government on different  workshop facilitations.

My Thinking Process
âI love to put my effort into understanding the problems, the WHY, and when is appropriate, stepping into solution space to discover the HOW. The mindset of jumping between problem and solution space allows me to have a deeper understand to customer problems and capture these voice of customer and turn it into the opportunities or solution that meet both business and customer needs.
